[ Services ]
What we do, and what you get.
Four practice areas. Each one is a service a client can buy on its own, with defined deliverables and a price agreed before work starts.
[ 01 ]
Software & Application Development
Applications, web apps, internal tools and APIs.
We design and build the software a business actually runs on - customer-facing applications, internal tools that replace a tangle of spreadsheets, and the APIs that connect them to everything else. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before work starts.
Typical work
- Custom applications, web apps and portals
- Member and club management systems
- Internal tools, admin panels and dashboards
- API design and integration
What you receive
- Working, deployed software
- Source code and infrastructure you own
- Technical documentation and a handover session
[ 02 ]
AI Tools & Automation
Language models wired into systems a business already runs.
Most AI value is not a chatbot - it is a repetitive process that stops needing a human. We integrate large language models and automation into existing products and workflows, with attention to cost, accuracy, and what happens when the model gets it wrong.
Typical work
- LLM features for new and existing products
- Document, email and data processing pipelines
- Custom assistants and task-specific agents
- Workflow automation across business tools
What you receive
- Deployed automation with monitoring in place
- Measured cost and accuracy, not estimates
- A documented fallback for every failure mode
[ 03 ]
Training & Workshops
Hands-on training for anyone getting to grips with AI and modern tooling.
Tools only pay off once you are actually fluent in them. We run practical sessions built around real work rather than generic slides - for an individual professional, a small group, a freelancer or a whole team. Remote or on site, in English or Spanish.
Typical work
- AI tools for everyday work, hands on
- Modern development practice
- Small-group sessions, or one to one
- Follow-up sessions and office hours
What you receive
- Live sessions, remote or on site
- Exercises and reference material to keep
- A written summary of recommendations
[ 04 ]
Technical Consulting
Independent judgement when a decision is expensive to get wrong.
An outside opinion before you commit a budget. We review architecture and code, assess whether an AI initiative is worth doing at all, and give you a straight answer on whether to build something, buy it, or leave it alone - in writing, with the reasoning shown.
Typical work
- Architecture and code review
- AI adoption strategy and feasibility
- Feasibility and build-or-buy reviews
- Ongoing technical advice, booked as you need it
What you receive
- A written report with prioritised findings
- A clear recommendation, not a list of options
- A session to walk through it and ask questions
[ Engagement ]
How you buy it.
Every engagement runs under a written services agreement, signed before any work starts.
Fixed-scope project
Quoted per project
Defined deliverables, a fixed price and a target delivery date agreed up front. This is the default for new clients and the easiest to budget for.
Consulting & training
Quoted per engagement
Reviews, workshops and advisory sessions booked by the day or half-day, with a written summary delivered afterwards.
Billing & payment terms
Projects start with a deposit — 50% on signature and the balance on delivery. The deposit is payable on receipt and work begins once it clears; the balance is invoiced on delivery and payable net 15 days from that invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are issued in USD or EUR. Larger projects are billed against the delivery milestones set out in the proposal. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy .
Something adjacent?
These four areas describe what we deliver today, not a permanent boundary. Our practice grows with what clients ask for, and new services — and, in time, our own software products — get added here when they are something we can genuinely deliver well. If what you need sits close to the work above, tell us and we will say honestly whether it is a fit.
Which of these do you need?
A short description of the problem is enough to start. We reply within one business day, and if it is not a fit we will say so.
