[ About ]
A small company that ships.
Fractalon LLC is a United States limited liability company providing software development, AI engineering, training and technical consulting to businesses, professionals and organisations.

What Fractalon is
Fractalon exists because the same gap keeps appearing: someone knows exactly what is slowing them down, and the software that would fix it is neither a product you can buy off the shelf nor a project big enough to justify hiring a team for.
We take that work — for a company, a small team, or one self-employed professional. Custom applications and internal tools, AI wired into processes that already exist, training for the people who then have to run it, and an outside technical opinion when a decision is expensive to get wrong. Deliberately focused, so that everything on the services page is something we can do well rather than something we are willing to attempt.
We are small, and we say so plainly. It means direct access to the person doing the work, no layer of account management, and honest conversations about capacity. It also means we turn down work that does not fit, which is usually the most useful thing we can tell a prospective client.

[ Leadership ]
Who you will be working with.
Alan Lois
Founder & Principal Engineer
A builder across application development, AI tooling and real-time 3D, working end to end from architecture through to the deployment that runs in production. Most of Fractalon's client work is delivered or led directly by him.
The through-line is automation: finding the part of a process that should not need a person, and building the thing that removes it — then teaching the team to run it without outside help.
[ Values ]
How we decide things.
Say the honest thing
If a project is a bad idea, over-budget, or better solved with an off-the-shelf tool, we say so before taking the work. It costs us the occasional engagement and earns the rest.
Small, tested moves
We prefer shipping something narrow that works to something broad that might. Every increment is deployed and looked at, not accumulated for a big reveal at the end.
Nothing is hostage
Code, accounts and infrastructure are yours from day one. A client who wants to take the work in-house should be able to, without a negotiation.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
A short description of the problem is enough to start. We reply within one business day, and if it is not a fit we will say so.
