[ Fractalon LLC · United States ]
We build software, AI tools,
and train the
people who use them.
Fractalon is a United States software company. We design and ship custom applications, wire AI into work that already happens, and teach the people who use it — on a fixed scope, with the price agreed in writing before anyone starts.

Working on something adjacent? Our practice areas grow with what clients ask for. If it sits close to the four above, ask us.
[ 02 / How we work ]
Scope, price and date agreed before work starts.
The same four steps on every engagement, from a two-week build to a six-month project.
- 01
Discovery
We start from the outcome you need, not the technology. A scoping conversation, then a written summary of what we understood - so any misunderstanding surfaces before it costs money.
- 02
Proposal
A fixed scope, a fixed price and a target delivery date, in writing, before any work begins. Changes are quoted separately and agreed in writing.
- 03
Build
We work in short increments, usually with something you can look at from the first week. One named point of contact, regular written updates, and no silent periods.
- 04
Handover & support
You own the code, the repositories and the hosting accounts. We hand over documentation and a walkthrough, and stay available under a support agreement if you want one.
[ 03 / Who we serve ]
Who our clients are.
We work with people and organisations that have a specific problem worth solving - not with anyone who needs a website.
- 01
Teams, independent professionals and freelancers who want to work faster with AI and modern tooling
- 02
Businesses digitising an operation that still runs on spreadsheets, or adding AI to it for the first time
- 03
Software teams needing extra delivery capacity, or an outside opinion before an expensive decision
- 04
Clubs, associations and member organisations that need a portal people will actually use
[ 04 / Engagement ]
How engagements are structured.
Every engagement is covered by a written agreement signed before the first line of code.
Fixed-scope project
Quoted per project
Defined deliverables, a fixed price and a target delivery date agreed up front. This is the default for new clients and the easiest to budget for.
Consulting & training
Quoted per engagement
Reviews, workshops and advisory sessions booked by the day or half-day, with a written summary delivered afterwards.
Billing & payment terms
Projects start with a deposit — 50% on signature and the balance on delivery. The deposit is payable on receipt and work begins once it clears; the balance is invoiced on delivery and payable net 15 days from that invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are issued in USD or EUR. Larger projects are billed against the delivery milestones set out in the proposal. Every engagement is governed by a written services agreement covering scope, confidentiality and ownership of the deliverables.

[ 05 / Questions ]
Frequently asked.
The questions new clients ask before the first call.
Where is Fractalon based? +
Fractalon LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. We work remotely with clients across the United States and Europe.
Do you work with clients outside the United States? +
Yes. A significant part of our work is with European clients. Contracts are in English, and we can invoice in USD or EUR.
How do you charge? +
Fixed-scope projects are the default: one price, one scope, one target delivery date, agreed in writing before work starts. Consulting, reviews and training are booked by the day or half-day. Work that comes up after delivery is quoted as it arises - there is no monthly commitment to sign.
What are your payment terms? +
Projects start with a deposit: 50% on signature and the balance on delivery. The deposit is payable on receipt and work begins once it clears. The balance is invoiced on delivery and payable net 15 days from that invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are issued in USD or EUR. Larger projects are billed against the delivery milestones set out in the proposal.
Will you sign an NDA? +
Yes, whenever it is useful. Confidentiality is already a binding term of our services agreement and covers both parties, so an NDA is not a precondition for talking to us. Where the detail warrants one, or your own process requires it, we sign a mutual NDA before that detail is shared - ours or your template.
Who owns the code you write? +
You do. On final payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to the client unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing or open-source components are listed in the agreement, together with their licences.
How do we get started? +
Email info@fractalon.tech with a short description of what you need. We reply within one business day and, if it looks like a fit, propose a scoping call.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
A short description of the problem is enough to start. We reply within one business day, and if it is not a fit we will say so.
